Phase 1: The policing challenge

The first phase of the Strategic Review of Policing in England and Wales concluded with the publication of the Review’s interim report Public Safety and Security in the 21st Century. The report examines the nature of the public safety and security challenge facing the country as we look to the 2020s and 2030s.
